Deliver quality technical training classes to a variety of clientele. Classes delivered at our client sites and for “closed” groups of delegates in our classroom.

 

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

·         Teach assigned .Net/SQL classes and tailor/customise classes where appropriate.

·         Assist the Training Manager in supporting the Sales Department.

·         Provide knowledge base to Account Executives and clients in areas of expertise.

·         Assist Account Executives in determining client needs.

·         Assistance in managing the Internal Network.

·         Position is based in Dublin

·         Perform other duties and tasks as designated by the Training Manager.

 

The ldeal Candidate should be a Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) and hold MCTS and MCPD in Visual Studio 2005 and or 2008 and SQL.

 

Minimum requirements:

·         MCTS SQL Server 2008

·         Fluent English

·         MCTS ASP.NET 2.0 or 3.5

·         Experienced training/presenting (The right person if successful would be provided triaining for MCT qualification)

 

Ideal but not required:

·         MCT (Microsoft Certified Trainer)

·         MCPD .NET 2.0 or 3.5

·         MCITP SQL 2005 or 2008

  

Role:                Telesales Account Executive

Salary:             24K + Commission

Description:

 

Telesales representatives required for immediate vacancies in leading IT Training company. Comprehensive training will be provided on an ongoing basis..

 

Responsibilities:

·         To book 5 new appointments per day

·         To make a minimum of 65 outbound calls to business prospects

·         To reach a minimum of 120 minutes talk-time per day, i.e. actual time spent actively contacting and speaking to prospects

·         To complete all administration within any defined period

 

The Person:

·         Ability to work independently and consistently achieve set targets/results.

·         Excellent organisation and time management skills.

·         Fluent English

·         Confident and professional telephone skills coupled with a determined and driven character

·         Strong communication skills.

·         Basic PC Literacy

·         Experience working with customers either face to face or over the phone.
